Once again on January 6th we celebrated Dreikönigstag (Three Kings' Day). This is the day when the three kings reached the Christchild. The bakeries sell a ring of connected rolls. Each member of the family takes a roll, and one of them has a small plastic "king" figure baked inside it. This year, our king for the day was William! He was so happy to be king, and directed the rest of the family around for his day (he even wore his crown to preschool the next day). Congratulations, William!Friday, January 15, 2010
